THREE STAR BAGELS
- 4 oz (125g) Canadian regular or spreadable cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp (30ml) chopped green onion
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1 can (3.5oz/106g) salmon, drained
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 bagels, split
- Lettuce leaves
- Combine cream cheese and onion.
- Stir in eggs and salmon.
- Season to taste.
- Spread filling on bagel halves.
- Wrap with plastic film and refrigerate.
- Garnish with lettuce.
