STRAWBERRY YOGURT NOG

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) 2% milk
  • 1 cup (250ml) hulled, halved strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp. (2ml) vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. (15ml) honey, optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process at high speed until smooth.
  • Serve at once.
  • Add honey for extra sweetness if berries are too tart.
