STRAWBERRY YOGURT NOG

Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup (125ml) low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup (125ml) 2% milk
1 cup (250ml) hulled, halved strawberries
1/2 tsp. (2ml) vanilla
1 tbsp. (15ml) honey, optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process at high speed until smooth.
Serve at once.
Add honey for extra sweetness if berries are too tart.
